Everyone remembers the landing of the first man on the moon, but here I wanted to represent the departure of the last LEM from the moon, December 14, 1972. The commander is Cernan, the Apollo 17 mission.
Since August 2024 the work has been on permanent display in the SPACE pavilion in VOLANDIA (museum of flight), which is located next to Malpensa airport.
